Anna Goławska

Responsible for the area of informatisation of the healthcare sector. Associated with the Ministry of Health since 2009, from the beginning of her work in public administration she was in charge of the implementation of European funds dedicated to the health sector. Since 2015, she implemented tasks related to e-health in the broadest sense. From December 2018 to October 2020 she served as the Director General at the Ministry of Health. She has knowledge and experience in public finance, IT project management and European funds, including KPO and REACT-EU. Among the most important activities related to healthcare innovation implemented by Anna Goławska in 2021 are the implementation of Electronic Medical Records, myIKP as well as of a number of telemedicine solutions and the further computerisation of entities engaged in performing medical activities.

Radosław Starownik MD, PhD

He has held the position of Director at IPCH No. 4 since 1 June 2018. Until 31 May 2017, he held the position of Deputy Doctor in charge of the Department of Urology and Urological Oncology, being at the same time a didactic and scientific employee of the Department of Urology and Urological Oncology of the Medical University of Lublin.
